The nature of this publication

Falcon Protocol Review publishes free, informational articles about the use of AI in investment — model governance, human oversight, and the questions readers can put to the disclosures of firms that deploy such systems. The publication is maintained by Falcon Protocol Review Co., Ltd. , whose statutory identification appears below. Reading it costs nothing, creates no account, and requires no personal data.

No advisory relationship

The articles are journalism about governance practice. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation of any security, fund, strategy or tool, and not an offer to provide any such advice. No advisory, brokerage or fund-management relationship arises from reading these pages or from sending an inquiry. What a reader does with their own money is that reader’s decision, best taken with licensed local counsel when counsel is warranted — the desk does not step into that role, because playing it is not what this publication exists for.

The same boundary applies to inquiries: questions about topics, sources and article content are answered editorially, while requests for individualised financial guidance are declined with an explanation rather than a hedge.

Accuracy and how the desk works

Articles are written from public disclosures, supervisory publications and documented industry practice, using the five-step editorial checklist described on the front page. No claim of infallibility is attached to them: articles describe practices and documents as they were recorded at the time of writing, and a piece may be revised (with the review date updated) as facts change. Statistical and historical references are presented with the quantitative care that a publication with no product to sell can afford.

Beyond the quotation rules above, the site asks only the ordinary: do not attempt to interfere with the form handler or the hosting infrastructure, and do not misrepublish altered excerpts as the desk’s words.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company accepts no liability for financial decisions made in reliance on articles published here, since the decision-making role was explicitly declined in the terms above. Nothing in these terms limits liability for dishonesty, intent to deceive, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Governing law and venue

These terms and everything published with them are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Legal proceedings arising from this publication shall be brought before the Taipei District Court as court of first instance — a conventional venue arrangement for a Taipei-based publisher, adopted for now and open to adjustment before any dispute arises.
